Meet the Four Cornerstones of Success —Then Start Building Yours

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Why do some people dive, some survive, and others thrive? The answer, reveals Randall Bell, Ph.D., is surprisingly simple: choices.
Dr. Bell, a socio-economist and the CEO of Landmark Research Group, has developed an easy-to-follow formula for authentic growth and success based upon more than 25 years of behavioral research.
In his book, Me We Do Be: The Four Cornerstones of Success, Dr. Bell masterfully interweaves stories from his consulting work on high-profile cases—including Chernobyl, the World Trade Center, and O.J. Simpson—with findings from behavioral studies and his own survey of 5,000 people to reveal the daily habits that can make or break both personal and professional growth and success.
In Me We Do Be, he explains that all behaviors can be organized into four cornerstones:

• Me is quality thinking that builds wisdom.
• We habits form quality relationships.
• Do actions build productivity.
• Be designs the future.

There is no one-size-fits-all definition of success. For some, it’s making money. For others it’s having a loving family, winning a competition, completing a degree or beating cancer. The power of Me We Do Be is that it connects all the dots and creates a fresh perspective for moving forward, allowing readers to define what success means to them as individuals, while sharing the foundational elements that apply to everyone.

As a socio-economist, Dr. Bell has consulted on more disasters on earth than anyone in history, including the Flight 93 Crash Site, the BP Oil Spill, Hurricane Katrina and the nuclear testing at Bikini Atoll.

Often called the “Master of Disaster,” Dr. Bell is a frequent guest of the media and has been profiled in The Wall Street Journal, People magazine, The New York Times, the Chicago Tribune, the Los Angeles Times, CNN, World News Tonight with Diane Sawyer, 20/20, Entertainment Tonight and by newscasters on every major television network. Dr. Bell also stars in the TV miniseries Distressed Real Estate, available on Amazon Prime and Apple TV.

Leo Fender – The Man Whose Invention Lead The Way For Rock And Roll

Fullerton, CA ― The world occasionally produces one of those rare thinkers whose name becomes iconic.

Thomas Edison lit up the world; Albert Einstein profoundly altered the study of physics; Walt Disney reimagined entertainment; and Leo Fender invented the electric guitar.

Fender grew up in Fullerton, California, where his interest in electronics lead him to open his own radio repair shop in 1938. It wasn’t long before musicians and band leaders turned to him for help in repairing their equipment.

And the rest, as they say, is history.

Fender’s revolutionary guitar, the Fender Stratocaster, has been the preference of world-renowned musicians like Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, David Gilmour, Eric Clapton, George Harrison and Jeff Beck — to name a few.

While his name is synonymous with fist-pumping rock and roll sound, in reality, Fender was a shy, unassuming inventor who was nearly deaf and had one glass eye.

In 1946 he founded Fender Electric Instrument Manufacturing Company — the launch pad for his most iconic designs — and later on, G&L Musical Instruments.

And now, his wife Phyllis Fender gives readers a memory-filled look into the wonderful world of this quiet genius in the book, Leo Fender: The Quiet Giant Heard Around the World. The book was co-written by Randall Bell, Ph.D., who grew up in Fender’s neighborhood and whose father was the head of the R&D department at Fender’s company.

Fender’s game-changing contributions to the music world have been widely recognized. He was presented with the Country Music Association Pioneer Award in 1981; was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Rock Walk of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. His accomplishments were also acknowledged with a Technical Grammy Award in 2009. Fender died in 1991.

Today, Fender is a household name. But the quirky, shy inventor never lived large or flaunted his fame. He lived in a mobile home, even after selling his company for $300 million (in today’s dollars). His daily routines and obsessions made him truly fascinating, and thanks to his enduring instruments, Fender’s legacy forever lives on.

Author Phyllis Fender volunteers at the Fullerton Museum where she shares with visitors stories about her life with Leo. She also serves as the Honorary Chairman of G&L. Twenty-two years ago, two different doctors told Phyllis that she had six months to live. Today, both of those doctors are dead, and she is here to finally tell this remarkable story.

Rich Habits, Rich Life: Shares The Habits That Can Help Anyone Become A Success And Live Their Dream Life

Los Angeles, CA – Dr. Randall Bell combined his passion for economics with his insights from disaster recovery to reveal the core principles of resilience and peak performance that make up “core intelligence” – considered to be the foundation of all achievement. The ground-breaking survey that was part of his research is considered to be one of the most important sociological studies ever conducted. Dr. Bell shares these findings and much more in his latest book, Rich Habits Rich Life: The Four Cornerstones of All Great Pursuits (Leadership lnstitute Press).

Dr. Bell’s insight into people and their behavior stems from his successful professional career. The “Master of Disaster” is the title he earned from his dominance and expertise in appraising properties where notorious crimes or events have taken place. Although his career began in conventional property appraisal, it was after the 1992 Rodney King riots in Los Angeles when he was called to assess the damage that he found his calling. Since then he focuses only on damaged property – caused by accident, criminal behavior or natural disaster. Dr. Bell believes there is a lesson to be learned from history – whether it be the effect of disasters on people, or the correlation in their habits.

Rich Habits, Rich Life is the culmination of Bell’s diligent research to find out why some succeed and others fail. Are there fundamental differences or traits that set successful people apart? What makes a winning strategy or leads to disaster or collapse? He included over 3,000 people from every walk of life and around the nation, from moms to millionaires, to obtain enough variety to see if certain foundational elements applied to all of us. He was able to identify a definite link between daily habits and various measures of success.

Whether it’s fame, fortune, a happy family life, mastering a skill, or finding the right partner, Rich Habits helps us define what we personally consider success – and gives us the knowledge and tools to get there! It is an intelligent, practical and fun read that offers incredible insight into the behaviors that lead to prosperity. It is the result of over 25 years of research, including Dr. Bell’s work on high profile places ranging from the World Trade Center and Chernobyl to Hurricane Katrina.

Randall Bell, PhD is a renowned, in-demand speaker at events around the globe. He earned his PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University and his MBA from UCLA. Dr. Bell is a socio-economist and the CEO of Landmark Research Group, LLC. He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, PEOPLE magazine, The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, CNN, and every national television network. He lives in Los Angeles, CA, with his wife and four children.

Some Dive, Some Survive, And Others Thrive. Rich Habits Rich Life Offers A Fresh Perspective For Success

Los Angeles, CA –Over 5,000 people, from every walk of life and from all fifty states and around the world, participated in Dr. Randall Bell’s survey for his soon-to-be-released book, Rich Habits Rich Life: The Power of ‘Me We Do Be’ Habits, Rituals and Routines (Leadership lnstitute Press). This landmark research detailed the daily habits of professionals, students, stay-at-home moms, retirees, the unemployed and millionaires – and scientifically identified the link between everyday habits and various measures of success – making it one of the most significant sociological studies ever conducted!

There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ when it comes to success. Some might define it as wealth or fame, finding the right partner, having a happy family life, completing a degree or even mastering a musical instrument – while others may see it as beating a life-threatening illness. What is so compelling about Rich Habits is that it lets us define what success means to us individually, while looking at the foundational elements that apply to us all. So what makes a winning strategy or leads up to disaster or collapse? Why do some waste their success, while others continue to elevate?

Rich Habits is fun, intelligent and practical, and delivers fascinating insight into the behaviors that lead to disaster, recovery or prosperity. Just as one bad habit can ripple out with destructive consequences, so a good habit – even something as simple as making our bed, waving at a neighbor, or having dinner as a family – can ripple out and become something wonderful!

In his book, the result of over 25 years of research, Dr. Bell masterfully links classic behavioral research with his work on high profile cases – including Chernobyl, the World Trade Center and OJ Simpson – to reveal why some dive, some survive, and others thrive. He explains that all behaviors can be organized within the four cornerstones of ‘Me We Do Be,’ and his book helps connect the dots to create a whole new outlook for success.
