Yet this accomplished, down-to-earth young woman went on to graduate from an Ivy League college, earned a position as Editor-in-Chief of a fashion and luxury lifestyle publication, rose to the upper echelon of the New York social circuit, and has made herself a familiar face on the CW, Bravo and MTV networks.
