Female bondage is worse than a blemish on society – it is an unconscionable crime

Ernie Hunt’s riveting A Death in Dallas (Publish America) is a very compelling novel receiving a great deal of attention; an on-the-edge-of-your-seat thriller that puts focus on the atrocity that exists across the Mexican-Texas border in the trafficking of young women and drugs.  Regardless of whether the key characters are female Hispanics or Muslims, who have been the subject of other novels by this author, the goal is to bring a greater awareness to the need in general for emancipation of those in female bondage.

Jack Cassidy returns home from Iraq a hero but severely wounded by an IED that requires extensive surgery to rebuild his face.  Understandably having trouble dealing with his facial disfigurement, he loses himself and goes off track.  Luckily, through an unexpected chain of events, he finds his true self again while helping Juanita, a victim of human trafficking in Dallas, by safely returning her to her family in Mexico.  With valuable information and help from Juanita, and that of a private detective and his fiancée, they manage to track down the traffickers to a shipping company in Dallas.

After many exciting and totally unpredictable twists and turns in the story, they end up in a deadly confrontation with the gang in Mexico responsible for supplying both the girls and the drugs to the company in Dallas!

Worldly in ways most of us only read about, Hunt’s life has been a myriad of experiences that are evident in his excellent writing style.  For more information on this creative author, please visit his website at www.eehunt.com.

TIP SHEET:

Amazon reader from Chicago: “Ernie Hunt did a superb job on this book…he not only wrote an unbelievably suspense-filled adventure here, but also brings attention to the issue of human trafficking and treatment of Muslim women… Great story – keeps you on the edge-of-your seat throughout – especially meaningful knowing that human slavery does take place every day and is an appalling disgrace to society!”
